We use cookies and similar technologies to keep the site secure, remember your preferences, and (only with your consent) understand how the product is used so we can improve it. Without certain cookies the site would not work (for example, staying signed in or keeping your cart accurate).

• Essential: Required for authentication, security, rate limiting, fraud prevention, and core features like checkout. These run because the site cannot function without them.
• Preferences: Remember choices like theme, language, or tenant/workspace selection so you do not need to reconfigure on every visit.
• Analytics (consent-based): Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager load only after you accept cookies. They help us measure feature usage and product performance. No analytics cookies are set if you decline.
• Product analytics (consent-based): Umami, which we run on our own infrastructure, loads only after you accept cookies and sets no cookies. It records the pages you visit, the referring page, campaign tags and ad-click identifiers, your browser, operating system, device type, screen size and language, and an approximate location derived from your IP address, which it does not store. It also records which steps of sign-up, store setup and your first fixes you complete, how many markets, channels and products you choose, and actions such as starting a scan, viewing or sharing a report, or clicking a button. Page titles and every other part of a link are removed before anything is sent.

We do not sell personal data. Analytics data (when enabled) is processed by Google Analytics/Tag Manager as our service providers. Umami data stays on our own infrastructure and is deleted after 13 months; backup copies are overwritten within about 30 days after that. We retain consent choices for up to 180 days; when the consent cookie expires, we will ask you again.
